PENDING HOME SALES in February increased nationwide by 1.8% over the prior month. Locally 15 properties were placed under contract during February, despite the ice and frigid weather we experienced for most of the month. Beat the spring rush—if you’re ready to buy or sell, please email or call me!
SIGNS OF SPRING! Just a few short weeks ago we were gripped by ice, snow, and frigid temperatures. Now we’re seeing more and more sunshine, blue skies, and other signs of the approaching spring season: buds have formed on trees, we gain a few minutes of daylight each day, the ocean water temperature has increased from 34 degrees (last month) to 44 degrees this week, more and more restaurants and shops are open, and there’s an exciting “buzz” on the island!
